A cepage of noble fruit, harmonised to obtain a refined wine. Nicolas Feuillatte's source vineyards cover more than four thousand acres of Champagne's finest terroir, comprising 6% of the total Champagne appellation. Winemaker Jean-Pierre Vincent strives for a pure expression of the house style as defined by Le Vignoble, Le Natural et La Verite. Vineyard, simplicity and truth. The House of Nicolas Feuillatte ages her Brut for a full twenty four months. A finely figured wine from Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, characterized by a creamy mouthfeel, generosity and smoothness, winner of Gold Medal at the Beverage Testing Institute Chicago and Silver Medal Effervescents du Monde.
Pale golden hues, a fine cordon of bubbles. Powerful aromas of grilled hazelnut, green apple, quince and fig. A perfectly balanced, fruity yet dry Champagne which draws its strength from Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, a wine of wonderful complexity from the inclusion of a large part Pinot Noir and Meuniere, subtlety from the Chardonnay, savoury truffle matched by ripe pineapple and cashew notes.
